Alan Clay
I’m an actor, writer and director. I'm Artistic Director of Mind the Gap's Acting Company. I've toured with outside theatre companies as well as Mind the Gap. Most recently I worked with Oily Cart, and I'm about to start rehearsing with Benchtours for a tour in 2008.

Anna-Marie Heslop
I'm a professional actress with the Acting Company, and have worked here for 6 years. I love acting and I’m always busy at
Mind the Gap. I've done some TV work as well as national theatre tours. My dream job would be working on Emmerdale, my favourite TV programme.

Chris Steel
I was on Staging Change last year, and I joined the Acting Company as an apprentice for 2007-2008. I love going to the theatre and one of my favourite things is acting. I'm lucky to have found a job that gives me the space to act!

Edmund Davies
This is my first year as an apprentice in the Acting Company, and I recently had my first taste of television work, on ITV's Cold Blood. The best thing about working for Mind the Gap's Acting Company is that each day is different. I've been helping to run workshops in schools since September.

Israr Abbas
I like acting at Mind the Gap. In 2003 I was an actor on Mind the Gap’s national tour of Don Quixote. I played Sancho Panza, a character who ate a lot of boiled eggs! I'm on a secondment to Making Theatre in 2007-2008.
Jonathan Lewis
I’ve been with Mind the Gap for 6 years. I come to Mind the Gap because I want more training. In Spring 2004 I went on the National tour of Cyrano. I worked on the Radio 4 drama "Coming Down the Mountain".
Kevin Pringle
I joined
Mind the Gap's Acting Company in 2001. I like acting but now I'm more interested in lighting and stage management. I'm doing stage management training as well as acting work at the moment.
Susan Middleton
I’ve been with Mind the Gap from the beginning.
I’ve toured nationally in several theatre productions. It's hard work but I love acting! The best thing about working for Mind the Gap is working with so many lovely people.

Zara Mallinson
I'm an apprentice with the Acting Company in 2007-2008. I finished the Making Theatre course last year and was invited to join the Acting Company. I love it! I want to be on television one day.
