Hong Kong Blog 1: The Journey

Over the next two weeks we will be getting regular blog entries and images from Tim Wheeler and Jez Colborne as they keep us updated with their Hong Kong adventure.

Before leaving Jez said,  'I’m looking forward to a lot of excitement and a lot of fun. I just want to enjoy my time in Hong Kong and have a good time. Big love to the Boo cast and Mind the Gap. Rock on!'

In their first update they let us know about their journey:

We begin the journey on 9th May 2009 at 8.30am (UK time) Jez arrives at Tim’s house by taxi. Jo drives us to Bingley Station and we get on a train to Leeds, then a train to Manchester Airport - Plane to Doha in the State of Qatar (6 hours) - Plane to Hong Kong (7 hours, 50 minutes) – Meet Joyce - Airport Express to Kawloon -Taxi to hotel -Taxi to ferry terminal - Ferry to Silvermine Bay - Meet Mok on the beach at 6.30pm (Hong Kong time). Now it’s 10th May. We have dinner with Mok and other artists and meet the Frog King.
Jez: I’m lovin’ it!
Tim: I’m exhausted!
