Yesterday we ate a whole goose. It was cooked of course! Mandy had to take most of it home. Jez has been invited to play a gig at a local Tea House on Friday evening so has been practicing with a musician called Man. The Tea House is wonderful. You can get many types of tea in Hong Kong.

Today we went to the Design Centre where Tim is running a seminar on Friday evening on Accessible Design and also a weekend workshop on Augusto Boal’s theatre techniques called Rainbow of Desire and Cop in the Head. Last night we went to see Hong Kong harbour. It was very beautiful. Jez practiced his Kung Fu moves near the statue of Bruce Lee and nearly decapitated Mok.
