We've been working with Emma, she used to work for Mind the Gap, now she's doing freelance work and is helping us out with Real Voices, Real Lives.

Real Voices, Real Lives is about hate crime for people with disabilities.  Someone came in and spoke to us about bad things that have happened to disabled people like being followed home and getting bullied.  And about people using your money, Acting Company have called them Thursday Friends, because they come the same day every week and are supposed to help you and take you out, but really take all your money.

We're going to take it on a tour next year, it's like a performance but it's Forum so the audience get involved with the performance as well.  It's been upsetting really, at the start we watched a DVD that had some upsetting bits, like a boy with a physical disability and people threw stones at his window.

This week we've had a break from Real Voices, Real Lives to make a film about inclusion and about people accepting people with learning disabilities .  For that we've been doing Open Circle which is a kind of Forum, so the audience could join in and we had cameras filming it.  We also had to talk about ourselves to the camera - so like what we do for a job and stuff, then other people with a learning disability will watch it and hopefully then be able to do what they want in life.
