Be part of Bradford's biggest ever outdoor dance...
Friday 3rd July 2009

As a Celebration of Yorkshire's Olympic hopes for 2012, Yorkshire Dance are holding an outdoor event in Bradford's Centenary Square when 2,012 will all perform the same routine.
Internationally renowned choreographer Luca Silvestrini has created a simple dance routine with a few quirky moves, each inspired by an Olympic sport.
Although it’s easy to learn, it’s going to look and feel amazing with 2,012 people doing it at once. And you might just find yourself dancing alongside one of Yorkshire’s very own Olympic athletes!
Whatever your age, ability, shape, size or background – whether you’ve danced before or not – you’re invited to be one of our two thousand and twelve dancers. There will be a safe area available in the heart of the square for wheelchair users to dance in.
Go to Yorkshire Dance website for more information and to watch a video of the routine.
