Zumba at Mind the Gap Studios

Starting this Tuesday and every week from now on, qualified instructor Lesley-Anne Windle will be running Zumba fitness classes here at Mind the Gap Studios.

All levels of fitness and experience welcome.

Mixed class (male and female) - 6.30 to 7.30pm
Female only class - 7.30 to 8.30pm

Cost: £5 per session

Irresistible is a symphony of sirens, an outdoor, site-sensitive, musical piece experience that combines alarm sirens, other non-traditional instruments and singing voices to create a breathtaking choral work.

A huge thank you to Midland Hotel, Bradford for their kind support of Chicken Coup! at Positive Bradford Day on 28 September.

Positive Bradford Day is a series of events all taking place on Wednesday 28 September to celebrate all the great things that go on in Bradford.  Our chickens will be clucking, flapping and scratching their way around the City centre please do come down to see them and all the other events happening that day.
