Mind the Gap’s state of the art rehearsal studios, audiovisual facilities, dance studio and meeting rooms are available to book now.
Located in the landmark Lister Mills redevelopment in Bradford, with good public transport links and disabled parking bays outside, the Studios are easy to find and easy to use.
How to find us
Mind the Gap can offer the use of a kitchen, tea and coffee making facilities, a socialising space and a technician.
All our spaces are equipped to enable presentations through projectors or LCD screens, and CD/DVD playback. For larger events, our equipment could transform the space and your event, so let’s talk about what you need.

AV Studio
High-specification studio with audiovisual equipment and dedicated sound booth.
This studio offers facilities for:
- Recording in the purpose built sound booth
- Sound mixing
- Film editing
- Light, sound and facilities management for all Studios
- Directly overlooking Studio 1 for use as a Tech Box
A technician can be available to support your hire of this space.
Meeting Room 1
A comfortable, contemporary boardroom-style meeting room
This space has:
- Seating for up to 12 people
- Variable layouts
- Easy to use LCD screen
- Laptop inputs for presentation
Studio 1
Fully-equipped rehearsal theatre studio
This is a state-of-the-art rehearsal, training or showcase space, which is:
- Double height
- Acoustically treated
- Electric Blackout blinds
- Semi-sprung floor
- Fully equipped lighting grid
- Projector and 15m 'film' electric screen
- Audiovisual controls from within the Studio and via the connecting AV Studio / Tech box
Studio 2
Creative workshop studio
A creative workshop studio with pin-board walls and a sink, for more artistic brainstorming or workshopping activities
Double-height, with natural light streaming in, this space invites creativity and enables everyone to express their ideas
Studio 3
An airy, spacious dance and movement studio
This fabulous space has a fully sprung maple floor and oodles of natural light through its double-height wall of frosted glass windows, and is conveniently next to the shower and changing facilities.
