Freelance support staff

Mind the Gap is looking for freelance support workers.

Our support workers offer pastoral care when our actors and students are working or studying away from our usual sites.

We run full inductions for all our support workers.

A CRB disclosure is essential, driving licence is desirable, rates of pay negotiable.

Performers

Any theatre company is only as good as its performers and at Mind the Gap we think we have the best performers around.
