About Mind the Gap Academy

Mind the Gap Academy offers a range of accredited programmes run by qualified tutors who know how to bring out the best in each and every student.

Being part of the Academy helps people grow in confidence, make friends, get better at communicating and work as part of a team.

All students will have the opportunity to see work by other professional companies and enjoy workshops led by industry professionals.

“The Academy provides a versatile, encouraging environment supporting our young people. It allows them to develop their own style as well as teaching fabulous social skills of how to interact with others in a positive way.”
Jenny Jones, Parent

Some Academy students have appeared in UK tours, including performances at prestigious venues such as the Southbank Centre and National Theatre in London.

Some students have even performed internationally in countries like France, Germany, Ireland and Singapore, and appeared in TV programmes including Casualty, Doctors and Coronation Street.
