Joyce Lee decides the overall Artistic Direction of the company in consultation with the rest of the staff team.

Joyce Nga Yu Lee graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a BA in Comparative Literature in 2006. She was subsequently awarded the Chevening Scholarship to further her studies at the University of Leeds and graduated in 2008 with an MA in Theatre Making.

Joyce has been the driving force behind many of Mind the Gap’s most iconic productions, including Mia, Leave the Light on for Me, and the company’s biggest work to date, ZARA.
