"I am Executive Director of Bradford Producing Hub (BPH), a charity and arts development organisation on a mission to create a fairer, more representative arts ecology in Bradford."

Lisa founded BPH in 2019, having spent 14 brilliant years working at Mind the Gap in various roles, including Senior Producer – you never really leave MTG though, and she is delighted to be officially back in the family as a trustee! Lisa is often invited to speak on panels and at conferences, sharing her experience in dismantling systemic barriers to the arts and creative careers, and her deep passion for ensuring that Bradford’s arts sector thrives by being truly representative of our people.

Outside of work, Lisa is a singer in a number of bands and a proud mum of 3 kids and many plants!
