Rodger Walker

“Now that I’m retired, I spend most of my leisure time playing folk and classical music but I’m no match for the Mind the Gap musicians.”

Rodger has been involved with Mind the Gap almost since its formation, having joined the board in October 1992 whilst he worked as a training office for a Social Services department.

He is currently chair of the People and Home Action Group and it is their role to make sure that Mind the Gap is a safe, inclusive place to study and work, and that it conforms to the legal requirements of an employer.
