A feel-good dance and movement session with a focus on wellbeing.
Free Flow is a feel-good dance and movement session with a focus on wellbeing. You’ll work with a trained dancer to choose the themes and devise your own routines. At the end of each term, there will be opportunities to share what you’ve been working on. For ages 18+
Free Flow is part of Mind the Gap’s Community Programme. We are working with local learning disabled and autistic people to make spaces where we can have fun, express ourselves and tell our stories. We think building community and making art together is a powerful tool to make our voices heard. If you’ve got something to say, we want to hear from you!
Keep an eye on our socials and website for more ways to get involved.
