A fun place to try out different art forms, learn new skills and tell stories.
At Youth Theatre, we use spoken word, puppetry, play, movement and music to tell stories. You’ll work with an experienced artist to learn new skills and try out different artforms, all based on your interests and ideas. At the end of term, there’ll be opportunities to share what you’ve been working on with friends and family. For ages 11-19.
Youth Theatre is part of Mind the Gap’s Community Programme. We are working with local learning disabled and autistic people to make spaces where we can have fun, express ourselves and tell our stories. We think building community and making art together is a powerful tool to make our voices heard. If you’ve got something to say, we want to hear from you!
Keep an eye on our socials and website for more ways to get involved.
