National Youth Dance Company, Taster Session

National Youth Dance Company aims to create and perform innovative and influential dance, bringing together some of the brightest dance talent from across England.

National Youth Dance Company (NYDC) aims to create and perform innovative and influential dance, bringing together some of the brightest dance talent from across England to work with Sadler’s Wells’ internationally renowned Associate Artists and visiting companies.

On Friday, 5 April, NYDC will visit Mind the Gap to lead a taster session where young dancers (aged 16 – 24) with a learning disability and/or autism can learn what it’s like to be in the company! There will be a warm-up, some dance technique, a chance to learn repertoire from a previous NYDC show, and a chance to create your own choreography!

Please bring a water bottle and comfortable clothes for dancing.
